Cosy newly built cottage, Vine Cottage is a charming and spacious 2 bedroom single-storey lodge, well located in the picturesque Netherbury.

  • Sleeps 1 to 4
  • Vine Cottage is a detached lodge annexed to a large beautiful detached family house and is well located in village of Netherbury. Vine Cottage is situated by an apple orchard and small vineyard.
  • Vine Cottage has a terraced area with a table and chairs and a small garden. There is a tennis court on the grounds that guests are welcome to use.
  • Free WI-FI is available in some rooms
  • The living room has that cosy, country cottage feel and is perfect for relaxing with friends or family.
  • The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
  • Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has a king size double bed.
  • Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom.
  • The bathroom has a bath with a powered shower over the bath, WC and washbasin.

Property Extras
  • A Webber BBQ is provided, but please note that charcoal is not supplied. You are welcome to use the BBQ on condition that it is thoroughly cleaned ready for the next guests. 
  • Tennis court on the grounds for guests to use.
  • A travel cot is available to hire on request. 
  • All bed linen and towels are provided (except for a cot bed)
